Webinar

This session will assist families in creating a communication passport to share information about their child with others.

Let’s explore how to share information about your child with their school

Starting school is an exciting time for families as it marks the transition to formal schooling.

Communication Passports are a practical way to introduce children positively and as individuals when they cannot speak for themselves.

This session will assist you in creating a communication passport to share information about your child with others.

Come along to explore how to:

  • Present your child positively as an individual in their school community
  • Communicate information about your child’s needs for others in an accessible way
  • Share your child’s views and preferences with others.

Everyone will walk away with a draft of a communication passport for their child.

This program is for

Parents, primary carers and family members of children with disability, developmental delay or neurodivergence starting school in 2024/2025

We respect the diversity of families we work with.
