Neami National and Get Skilled Access have partnered to develop THRIVE, a pilot program focused on improving job readiness and workplace inclusivity for people who experience mental health challenges or psychosocial disability.

THRIVE includes a suite of e-learning modules and workshops that guide participants and employers toward inclusive recruitment and inclusive workplace practices.

Learn to write clearly for the 44% of the adult Australian population who do not have the literacy to manage a range of day-to-day reading tasks. A 2-day interactive training to learn how to create quality, best practice Easy English documents.

Learn social play skills, communication and following routines with singing and dancing. For families of children with developmental concerns, developmental delay or disability aged 3–5 years. Facilitated by a music educator and early childhood teacher.

Circle of Security is an evidence-based program that supports and strengthens child-parent relationships. For parents and carers of children aged 0-12 years.
