Neami National and Get Skilled Access have partnered to develop THRIVE, a pilot program focused on improving job readiness and workplace inclusivity for people who experience mental health challenges or psychosocial disability.

THRIVE includes a suite of e-learning modules and workshops that guide participants and employers toward inclusive recruitment and inclusive workplace practices.

RDE is a great experience for anyone whose life may have been affected by someone living with a disability and/or the aged care sector.
