Casting Call Information for People with Disability

Are you a young man with an Intellectual Disability and/or Autism? Aged 18-35 and live in the Sydney area?

Family Planning NSW is making some new resources in order to support children with intellectual disabilities and/or autism through the transition of puberty. 

What are they looking for?

Young men with intellectual disability and/or autism who are interested in acting or storytelling in educational videos. 

What will they be filming?

Topics to help people learn about what boys experience throughout puberty. This is a paid opportunity.


Casting Call Information for Parents or Carers

Are you the parent or carer of someone with an Intellectual Disability and/or Autism? 

Family Planning NSW is also looking for parents and carers who are interested in telling their story in some educational videos. 

What topics will be touched on? 

  • Experiences of puberty support
  • Teaching consent
  • Supporting independence

This is a paid opportunity.


Dates and location?

Family Planning NSW  will film at The Flour Mill in Summer Hill on Wednesday the 3rd of November and Thursday the 5th of November.
