Objects include the helmet and jersey of our local Paralympian cyclist Lindy Hou (and an interview with her and cycling partner Toireasa), Anthony Clark's judo jacket, a copy of a braille Playboy (1974), a cylindrical rotating braille map created by Australia's RF Tunley in the 1940s; Sonicguide glasses from the 1960s (used sounds to identify objects), a phone that captures text in image form and reads it aloud, and more. The exhibition features braille and large print labelling; audio guides available. Where: The Powerhouse Museum, 600 Harris Street, Ultimo. Accessible.
