We believe the following are intrinsic to the organisation and everything we do:
A world where people with disabilitylive full, independent lives of their own choosing.
Enabling the Dreams of others is the Strategic Plan developed to guide our work in the next few years.
This insistence on enabling dreaming, imagineering, authorship, design and intent for good ordinary lives by people with disability is firmly based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disability.More importantly in the Australian experience it combines the proper ideals of real life being about much more than service and supports in a parallel disability sector. This dreaming is right for our place and her peoples because it insists on an 'experience'frame.
Experiencing different choices optioned by the person in all life stages makes explicit the true value of the contributions of all citizens abilities.
It demands inclusion in all.
